My Replacement Power Cord or Adapter Doesn't Work, What Do I Do?!

We often get messages when a power adapter doesn't work out for a customer. We want to cover this phase "doesn't work" Because it very well can be described as "didn't solve your power issue " very different. The following assumes you ordered the correct power cord based on your model name, number and or serial number. Don't continue until you qualified this basic step.

If a Power cord or adapter doesn't solve the problem. Follow these steps:
1.  Did you test the wall outlet with another device to verify 120v at wall outlet?
     If yes, move to #2. If no, check breaker or gfi or other

2. Test the dc voltage output of the adapter to 9v (one lead goes in the hole against the inside of the barrel body the other on the outside)  Do you see 9v on multi meter? If yes move to #3. If no, contact me

3. You have a systematic issue, could be the following:
    A . Power entry harness or other power entry component.

    B.  Wire harness interconnect

    C.  Problem with controller or console
