A trained service technician will arrive at your home or business on the scheduled date. The technician will inspect the equipment to assess any noted problems, as well as undetected problems such as sensors, misaligned belts and limits, improperly tensioned belts and parts which may be wearing improperly or prematurely. The technician will also perform a complete tune-up on your equipment to maintain it in top condition.
If additional parts or labor are required to complete the repair of your fitness equipment, the technician will provide you with a price quote before proceeding.
While we make every attempt to stock all common wear parts, it is not always possible to have all items on the vehicle at the time of service. If parts are required to repair your fitness equipment and they are not in stock, the technician will order the parts from the manufacturer. When the parts arrive, we will contact you to schedule the completion of your repair and get your fitness equipment back up and running.
