Unfortunately, this cannot be determined until a technician has inspected the equipment and had an opportunity to assess the problem. If additional parts or labor are required to complete the repair of your fitness equipment, an additional service visit may be required.
While we make every attempt to stock all common wear parts, it is not always possible to have all those items on the vehicle at the time of service. If parts are required to repair your fitness equipment and we do not carry those items in stock, the technician will order the replacement parts directly from the manufacturer. When the parts arrive, we will contact you to schedule the completion of your repair and get your fitness equipment back up and running.
