Nautilus aka Bowflex aka Schwinn Enters Chapter 11 - Gets Acquired

Nautilus changes hands again, this time Johnson Health Tech takes a stab. The company Nautilus aka BowFlex  aka Schwinn entered or Chapter 11 bankruptcy and agreed to be acquired by Johnson  for $37.5M.

Johnson is the same maker of popular brands such as Horizon Fitness, Matrix, and Vision Fitness.  So they will be adding the aforementioned brand names from Nautilus.

If you are considering a Nautilus, Schwinn, or Bowflex piece of equipment... you might want to hold off as parts are becoming scarce as Johnson and Nautilus, mainly Johnson irons all this out.
