We Used this document to access Engineering Mode To Recalibrate the Crossramp which helped us remedy a pesky error code 42, Lift Position out Of Range.  In this mode you can set the default start position and set the board logic straight by going up and down through the full range 1-20 and clear potentially buggy controller firmware.
