Buying a treadmill or an elliptical is ultimately dependent on YOUR Body, not somebody else's. Sure you might see the nice ads and commercials promoting the latest machines with the most modern technology, but if that particular machine doesn't feel comfortable with your body then it's not a winner. This is why it's best to go in stores and test the piece yourself. See what feels comfortable. If you have any lower body injuries, we would recommend considering an elliptical because it has no impact to the joints or knees. Good for rehabilitating or strengthening weakened areas. If your looking for a more intense workout that will keep your heart rate up and is great for holding you accountable to your goals, a treadmill is what we suggest looking into. Hope this all helps you on your fitness journey!
