Stairmaster Steppers 4400CL First Reduction Shaft Assembly Removal and Replacement instructions.

1. Remove the bottom cover.

2. Remove the drive chain.

3. Remove the ecentric shaft assembly.

4. Remove the set screw from the transmission sprocket. Remove the sprocket and key from the shaft.

5. Hold onto the HTD sprocket and pull the shaft out of the hub.

6. Reassemble in the reverse order. Ensure the belts are properly tensioned; refer to the "Poly-V and HTD belt" section.
