Lot's of times consoles on a treadmill don't function properly simply because of an unseated or improperly seated wire. So the quick and easy solution is just checking those wires within the treadmill's upright post. Unplug them and plug them back again. Then check to see if treadmill console powers on after plugging back into the wall outlet. Hope this helps!
