Hey Where's My Package, YOU!!! (arm up in air, fist shaking)

I cannot tell you the amount of nasty-grams I've received over the last 10 years in shipping fitness parts, as the provider of the part and because we are the closest in digital proximity, let me say... I get it, but hold on a second, there's a few versions of why a package is not showing tracking progress.

1) Item on backorder. 
Whether it's oversold, or the oem supply is depleted, these things happen. More than likely we reached out to inform you, so please go over messages in your inbox a day or two after the order was placed.  If you don't see one of these messages please reach out, and remember, we never met, so lets start out positive.

2) Item is lost or delayed with some tracking. 
This is indicated by tracking progress in the relative carrier (USPS, FEDEX, UPS, DHL), but no delivery.  This is a relatively easy handle from our end, because that tracking progress means the carrier scanned and has it and then lost it.  The solution is, we file a claim, and you get an option for a refund or replacement Simple.

3) Item is lost or delayed with no tracking.
Okay, these require first a bit more patience.  Reasons for no tracking showing, are as follows; physical or technological error, that is, what if a human or machine missed a scan or couldn't scan the barcode on the label for some reason?  Well, tracking won't show because a scan is missed, if this happens the package is flying "blind" that is with no tracking.  If you have anxiety a few days after your purchase because you don't see progress, well, you may be in this camp.  In this case you can notify us and we will probably wait and see another week.   If that kind of time elapses and you neither have the package nor see tracking, we will label this as "lost" as the reason you are not receiving or seeing tracking.  Solution, we will offer replacement or refund.

4) Item "not received" but showing delivered.
This is a tough one. We do not refund or support items that are delivered by the carrier, which can only occur if a human physically scans what we sent.  Reasons you did not receive, are as follows but not limited to; 1) theft on delivery, 2) delivered to wrong address, 3) we don't rule out buyers trying to get free items.  Let me go into number 3.  These types of people exist, and the moment we start giving full refunds for "delivered" items the integrity of the marketplace will be comprimised because word of this will spread like wildfire.  We are not accountable for bringing the package into your home, just to your home or business.
